Stoneybrook is the original neighborhood in Heritage Harbour, a master-planned community in Bradenton off SR 64 at I-75, split between a 55+ section and family neighborhoods. Golf, resort-style pools, a clubhouse, and social clubs are all part of everyday life here, and the sense of community is real.
Because I live here, I don't just know the floor plans and price ranges. I know which sections are quietest, what the amenities actually look like at busy times, and what it really feels like to live this lifestyle.
